Learn about yarns, hooks, foundation chains and circles, basic stitches, stitching in rows and rounds, reading patterns and decorative edges. Practice skills making coaster sized swatches and gain confidence to approach simple projects.
For participants High School aged and older. No prerequisites. Please bring a project tote bag and a small pair of sharp scissors. A good skill to master prior to learning to knit.
Kit will include one skein of yarn (color may vary), one hook, and a copy of the book “The Crochet Answer Book”, Second edition.
